Terms of Sale

Terms of Sale

Applicable to orders and registrations placed from 3 November 2026. They cancel and replace the version of 30 October 2026, which remains available and applicable to orders placed before that date. Three separate schemes coexist: training courses funded by the personal training account, training courses paid for by the beneficiary themselves, and exams bought on their own. Articles 4, 5 and 6 do not apply to the same services: each one applies only to the scheme it names.

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Version of 3 November 2026, at a fixed address. This text is never changed after publication: it is the one you accepted if your order mentions this version. Current version and archives: Terms of Sale.

Article 1: Purpose, scope and identity of the seller

These conditions govern all the services offered by MY STORY (trading as MYSTORY FORMATION), a simplified single-shareholder joint-stock company with share capital of 1 000 €, registered with the Paris RCS under number 913 423 083 (SIRET 913 423 083 00017, EU VAT number FR55 913 423 083), with its registered office at 14 rue Bichat, 75010 Paris, a training organisation registered under activity declaration number 11756521775 with the Prefect of the Île-de-France region (this registration does not constitute State approval). Contact: contact@mystoryformation.fr, 06 81 43 16 54.

  • training courses preparing for the Test d’évaluation de français intégration, résidence, nationalité (TEF IRN, certification RS6775) and in French as a foreign language for professional purposes;
  • taking the TEF IRN exams and the civic exam;
  • access to the online practice platforms sold with an exam.

Any order implies acceptance of these conditions. The applicable regime depends on the service and the funding method, specified in the order. The online practice platforms are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

Article 2: Order, registration, prerequisites and access time

Online order. The customer chooses their services on mystoryformation.fr, checks the summary and the total price, enters their information, then accepts these conditions by ticking a dedicated box. Where applicable, they also tick a separate box to conclude their training contract (Article 5) and a separate box to request performance before the end of the withdrawal period (Articles 5 and 6). No box is pre-ticked. For each box, MYSTORY keeps the text accepted, the date and time from its server, the IP address and the version of these conditions.

Confirmation. The customer receives a confirmation email setting out the summary of their order, the version of the conditions accepted and its permanent web address, where applicable their time-stamped request for early performance and their training contract, as well as information on the right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form. The performance dates (exams, classes) are those in the summary.

For a training course, the objectives and content, the list of trainers, the times, the assessment methods, the contact details of the person in charge of relations with trainees, the internal rules, the prices, the payment terms and the financial conditions in the event of early termination or dropping out are given to the trainee before final registration and any payment (Article L. 6353-8 of the Labour Code): they appear in the contract presented before the order is confirmed. The information requested from the trainee is solely for the purpose of assessing their ability to follow the training and registering them for the exam (Article L. 6353-9).

Outside online orders, registration is confirmed on receipt of the complete file: signed form and, as applicable, funding approval or payment. A free placement test precedes each training course in order to determine the beneficiary’s level and adapt the course.

For funding through the personal training account, at least eleven working days separate the sending of the order proposal on Mon Compte Formation from the start of the training course, a period imposed by Mon Compte Formation. It may be shorter for a training course paid for by the beneficiary, depending on availability.

Article 3: Prices

The applicable prices are those in force on the day of the order, net of taxes (VAT exemption under Article 261-4-4° a of the French General Tax Code). The total price is shown before any confirmation.

  • TEF IRN preparation course of 12 to 36 hours, funded by the personal training account or by the beneficiary: 180 € + 40 € per hour, TEF IRN exam included whatever the funding, i.e. 12 h 660 €, 18 h 900 €, 24 h 1 140 €, 30 h 1 380 €, 36 h 1 620 € (exam portion raised to 250 € when the exam takes place in less than seven working days)
  • Short TEF IRN preparation packs, with personal funding only (never through the personal training account), TEF IRN exam included: 3 h 300 €, 6 h 420 €, 9 h 540 €; with the exam at the urgent rate (less than seven working days): 370 €, 490 €, 610 €. They can be paid in instalments, under the conditions of Article 5.
  • TEF IRN exam bought on its own: 185 €; 250 € for registration less than seven working days before the session
  • Civic exam (per category: CSP, CR or NAT): 80 €; 100 € for a registration less than seven working days before the session and for the Saturday slot; 120 € for the Saturday slot booked less than seven business days before the session
  • TEF IRN + civic exam: 265 € (excluding the urgent or Saturday rate)
  • Online practice platforms sold with an exam: PasseTonTEF 35 €, PrepMyFuture 65 €

Article 4: Training funded by the personal training account

4.1 Funding

The training course is funded by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, which pays MYSTORY directly once the service has been confirmed as delivered. The beneficiary pays no sum to MYSTORY for the cost of tuition. The TEF IRN exam is included in the price of the training course.

Training eligible for CPF funding. The CPF covers up to 1 500 € per training course (cap set by Article D. 6323-1 A of the French Labour Code for certifications listed in the Specific Register, including the TEF IRN). A mandatory flat-rate contribution, set by the State, is paid on Mon Compte Formation, unless exempted as recognised by Mon Compte Formation (jobseekers, training co-funded by the employer or an OPCO, use of the C2P); it is deducted from the price, not added to it. If you are exempt, an amount left to pay may appear on Mon Compte Formation for the 36 h course (1 620 €), unless additional funding is provided. No other sum is payable to MYSTORY FORMATION.

4.2 Flat-rate out-of-pocket contribution

A mandatory flat-rate contribution, the amount of which is set by the State, is payable per application by the account holder (Article L. 6323-7 of the Labour Code), pursuant to Decree no. 2026-234 of 30 March 2026, for applications made from 2 April 2026, unless exempted as recognised by Mon Compte Formation (jobseekers, training co-funded by the employer or an OPCO, use of the C2P). It is paid by the account holder directly on the Mon Compte Formation platform, when validating their application or within the fourteen days that follow; it is not a condition of the contract. MYSTORY does not collect it and does not invoice it.

4.3 Right of withdrawal

The account holder has a period of fourteen working days from the confirmation of their order on Mon Compte Formation to withdraw, directly from their Mon Compte Formation account. This right ends on the first day of the training course (Mon Compte Formation general terms and conditions of the Caisse des dépôts, art. 6.1.1). No sum is owed to MYSTORY during this period.

4.4 Cancellation, dropping out and absences

Cancellation is made from Mon Compte Formation. MYSTORY does not charge any fees. A cancellation made less than seven working days before the start, or dropping out during the training course, may result in all or part of the account holder’s rights being debited under the conditions of Mon Compte Formation. MYSTORY declares the hours actually attended, as shown by the attendance sheets; missed sessions give rise to no payment by the account holder.

Absences, whether justified or not, do not give rise to any free catch-up. Hours not attended are neither delivered, nor declared, nor invoiced, and cannot be compensated in any way.

4.5 Funding conditions

Funding through the personal training account is subject to the conditions set by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations and to the information entered by the account holder when using their rights. The account holder ensures that this information is accurate.

Funding decisions and timescales are a matter for the funder. If the Caisse des dépôts et consignations refuses or does not grant funding, the training course does not start and no sum is owed by the account holder. They are then free to choose:

  • to give up the training course, free of charge;
  • or to take the same training course by funding it themselves, through a written, dated and signed agreement (form provided by the organisation, letter or email), stating the price and the payment schedule. From the date of this agreement, they have a new fourteen-day withdrawal period, during which no sum may be demanded, and the rules of Article 5 apply.

No payment is imposed on them.

Articles L. 6323-1 et seq. of the Labour Code. Terms of use of Mon Compte Formation.

Article 5: Training paid for by the beneficiary

When the beneficiary funds their own training course, a vocational training contract is concluded before any final registration and any payment, in accordance with Articles L. 6353-3 to L. 6353-7 of the Labour Code. For an online order, it is presented in full before confirmation, concluded by ticking a dedicated box and sent to the beneficiary with the order confirmation. The TEF IRN exam is included in the price of the training course: it is not paid for separately and follows the course payment schedule (Article 5.3). Training courses of 12 to 36 hours can be paid for by the beneficiary; the short packs of 3, 6 and 9 hours (Article 3) can only be paid for by the beneficiary, never through the personal training account.

5.1 Fourteen-day withdrawal period

The beneficiary may withdraw within a period of fourteen days from the signing of the contract, without giving a reason and without penalty, by any unambiguous statement: registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, email, model form or online feature (Article 7). This period is that of Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code for distance and off-premises contracts; in other cases, MYSTORY grants it contractually, beyond the ten days of Article L. 6353-5 of the Labour Code, whatever the method of signing. If the beneficiary withdraws within this period, they owe no sum, except only for the hours already attended in the case of Article 5.2 (training started before the end of the period at their express request). This right cannot be waived.

5.2 Distance contracts and starting before the end of the period

When the contract is concluded at a distance, in particular online, the withdrawal period of fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract provided for by Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code also applies, exercised under the conditions of Article 7. The two periods have the same length and run at the same time.

The training starts on the day after the fourteen-day period expires at the earliest. The beneficiary may however ask for it to start earlier (at the earliest, under MYSTORY's rules, on the day after the tenth day following signature). Before the contract is concluded and before making this request, they are informed of the consequences described below. This express request is separate from the acceptance of these terms, is never pre-ticked, is made on a durable medium (dedicated box ticked when ordering online, email or signed document), kept by MYSTORY and confirmed to the beneficiary by email; it reads as follows: “I expressly request that my training start before the end of my 14-day withdrawal period. I understand that if I withdraw after it has started, I will pay for the hours already attended.” (original French wording: « Je demande expressément que ma formation commence avant la fin de mon délai de rétractation de 14 jours. J'ai compris que si je me rétracte après le début, je paierai les heures déjà suivies. ») It does not entail any waiver of the right of withdrawal.

If the beneficiary who made this request withdraws after the training has started, they pay an amount corresponding to the training hours already attended up to the communication of their decision to withdraw, in proportion to the total price agreed in the contract: number of hours attended, established by the attendance sheets or by any other means of proof, multiplied by the total price divided by the number of hours provided for in the contract (Article L. 221-25 of the Consumer Code). If the total price is excessive, this amount is calculated on the basis of the market value of the hours attended. No other sum is owed. This amount is only requested after the withdrawal, and never before the fourteen-day period expires; if the beneficiary withdraws before the first session, they owe no sum. For a contract signed on MYSTORY's premises, this payment is provided for contractually in return for extending the statutory period from ten to fourteen days. MYSTORY maintains the right of withdrawal until the end of the period, even if the training has already been fully attended, under these same conditions. Without an express request, no session takes place during the period and a withdrawal within this period gives rise to no payment. These provisions do not affect the right to terminate for force majeure under Article L. 6353-7 of the Labour Code.

5.3 Payment

No sum may be demanded before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired. If the contract continues, no more than 30% of the agreed price may be paid when it expires. The balance is paid as the training progresses (Article L. 6353-6 of the Labour Code). After a withdrawal, only the amount under Article 5.2 remains payable; no 30% instalment is added to it.

For an online order, the civic exam and the platforms ordered with the training course are paid for when ordering (Article 6); no sum is then requested for the training course, TEF IRN exam included. The first session takes place on the fifteenth day after signing at the earliest, or on the eleventh day upon express request (Article 5.2). MYSTORY then sends a secure payment link by email: on the day after the fourteen-day period expires, for 30% of the price of the training course at most, before the first session unless the start was brought forward (Article 5.2); then the balance, spread over the sessions. The dates and amounts are set out in the contract. Each payment is made on the secure payment page, in accordance with Article 5.4. Two reminders are sent if payment is not made. If the first instalment is not paid within seven days of falling due, MYSTORY may release the sessions not yet delivered, after warning the beneficiary in the payment request; sessions already delivered remain payable. Only one confirmed training course that has not yet been paid in full can be booked online per person. Any sum not paid when due bears interest at the statutory rate after a formal notice has gone unanswered; no flat-rate penalty is applied.

Outside online orders, payments relating to a training course are made within the same limits and in accordance with Article 5.4.

5.4 Payment methods for instalments

Each payment for a training course, once due, is made by bank card, with Klarna in 3 instalments when this method is offered on the payment page (subject to acceptance by Klarna, any service fees being shown by Klarna before confirmation), or, for a payment of at least 100 €, in 3 or 4 instalments through Lenbox (Article 6.2; fees paid by the beneficiary, shown before confirmation). None of these methods makes it possible to pay any sum before the withdrawal period has expired, or more than 30% of the price when it expires: they only finance payments that are already due. Taking out credit is a commitment and it must be repaid. Check that you can afford the repayments before committing yourself.

5.5 Dropping out and early termination

If, as a result of duly recognised force majeure, the beneficiary is prevented from following the training, they may terminate the contract; only the services actually delivered are then paid, in proportion to their value set in the contract (Article L. 6353-7 of the Labour Code). In the event of dropping out for any other reason, only the classes actually delivered remain payable, pro rata to the price; any sums paid beyond that are refunded.

5.6 Cancellation and postponement by the beneficiary

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. After the withdrawal period and before the training course begins, the beneficiary may postpone their training course free of charge or cancel it; the sums paid are then refunded in full.

Articles L. 6353-3 to L. 6353-7 of the Labour Code; Articles L. 221-18, L. 221-25 and L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Article 6: Exams

The TEF IRN exams and the civic exam are organised under the authority of the certifying body: Le français des affaires, CCI Paris Île-de-France. Taking an exam bought on its own is a separate service, paid for separately. The TEF IRN exam included in a training course is not paid for separately: its price and payment are governed by Article 4 or Article 5, depending on how the training course is funded; Articles 6.3, 6.4, 6.7 and 6.8 apply to how it is taken.

6.1 Payment

An exam bought on its own, that is, not included in a training course (the civic exam never is), together with the platforms sold with it, is paid for when ordering: in a single payment, by bank card or with Klarna (subject to acceptance by Klarna), on the secure payment page of our payment provider (Mollie), or in instalments under the conditions of Article 6.2. Registration is confirmed only once payment has been received or funding has been approved. The exam notice and the invoice are sent by email within 24 to 48 hours of payment.

6.2 Payment in instalments

Payment in instalments is offered through the Lenbox platform; the financing is granted by the partner lending institution indicated at the time of application, after review of the file and subject to its approval. It is offered in 3 or 4 instalments, for an order of 100 € to 4 500 €, only when the exam takes place more than fourteen days after the order; for a training course, it is offered on each payment due of at least 100 € (Article 5.4). Payment in 3 or 4 instalments with Lenbox: fees apply (around 1.59% for 3 instalments, 2.40% for 4 instalments), and the exact amount is shown before confirmation. These fees are paid by the beneficiary and are added to the price shown, according to the payment schedule presented before any commitment, for an exam as for a training course payment; they are paid to the lender, never to MYSTORY. The first instalment is taken when the financing is accepted.

Payment in 3 or 4 instalments is repaid within three months at most. From 20 November 2026, it also falls under consumer credit rules and opens a fourteen-day withdrawal period on the credit; this period is independent of the order’s withdrawal period and exercising it does not cancel the sale (Article L. 312-4-1 of the Consumer Code as worded by Ordinance no. 2025-880 of 3 September 2025): the borrower then repays the lender directly.

Klarna. When this method is offered on the payment page, the customer may also pay with Klarna, in a single payment or in 3 instalments, subject to acceptance by Klarna. Taking out credit is a commitment and it must be repaid. Check that you can afford the repayments before committing yourself. The payment facility is granted by Klarna Bank AB (publ), a company governed by Swedish law, under its own terms. For 3 instalments, the instalments are taken on confirmation, then 30 and 60 days later. Any service fees set by Klarna are shown by Klarna before confirmation; MYSTORY does not receive them. The contract concluded with Klarna includes its own fourteen-day right of withdrawal, independent of the order’s. MYSTORY receives the order price from Klarna and remains solely responsible for performing the service.

For financing by Lenbox as well as by Klarna, withdrawal from the order (Article 6.5) leads to a refund by MYSTORY, made to the lending institution, which adjusts the payment schedule accordingly under its own terms.

Taking out credit is a commitment and it must be repaid. Check that you can afford the repayments before committing yourself. From 20 November 2026, this notice becomes: “Warning! Credit costs money and must be repaid” (Article L. 312-5 of the Consumer Code, as worded by Ordinance no. 2025-880).

6.3 Procedure

The candidate arrives fifteen minutes before the start of the exam, with their exam notice and a valid identity document. A photograph is taken on site and included in the results certificate.

6.4 Lateness

The candidate arrives fifteen minutes before the time stated on their exam notice. In accordance with the certifying body’s instructions, no candidate is admitted once the exam has started; for the civic exam, any lateness results in access being refused. Unjustified lateness is treated as an absence (Article 6.6).

No penalty or late fees of any kind are applied. Justified lateness gives the right to the postponement at no cost provided for in Article 6.7.

6.5 Right of withdrawal and request for early performance

Registering for an exam at a distance opens a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the order (Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code), exercised under the conditions of Article 7.

When the exam takes place before the end of this period, or an online platform is opened as soon as the order is placed, the candidate expressly requests, via a dedicated box, that their registration be performed before the end of the period, and acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Articles L. 221-25 and L. 221-28, 1° and 13°, of the Consumer Code). This request applies whatever the payment method. Its effects:

  • once the exam has been taken, or access to the platform provided, the right of withdrawal is lost;
  • before that, the candidate may still withdraw, and then owes an amount proportionate to what has already been provided up to their withdrawal, relative to the total price.

6.6 Cancellation and refund

Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal, MYSTORY gives a full refund for an exam registration cancelled up to seven working days before the session date, whatever the payment method, on written request sent to contact@mystoryformation.fr. The count is in working days, not calendar days: it is the same count as for the urgent rate (Article 3).

After this deadline, and in the event of absence on the day of the exam, the registration remains payable and is not refunded, unless withdrawal is exercised within its statutory period under the conditions of Article 6.5. This seven-working-day deadline is not to be confused with the withdrawal period, nor with the waiting period between two attempts.

6.7 Postponement

A postponement is granted only on presentation of valid supporting evidence accepted by the CCI Paris Île-de-France. The decision lies with the certifying body and not with MYSTORY, which forwards the request and the supporting evidence. The certifying body’s exam conditions provide for a single postponement per candidate, on supporting evidence validated within one month. This postponement is at no cost, to a session within the following six months.

Without supporting evidence, the registration is not refundable. MYSTORY may, however, offer the candidate a new registration for a later session, at a reduced rate communicated before any acceptance, subject to availability: the candidate is free to accept it or not.

MYSTORY may, for its part, cancel or postpone a session in the event of force majeure or an insufficient number of candidates. A postponement is then offered at no cost, and a candidate who does not wish to accept it is refunded in full.

6.8 Results

TEF IRN results are provided within 5 to 10 days; the official certificate is issued by the certifying body within two to three weeks and is valid for two years. Civic exam results are provided within 48 to 72 hours. MYSTORY is not responsible for delays in transmission by the certifying body.

Article 7: Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, the customer notifies their decision to MY STORY (trading as MYSTORY FORMATION), 14 rue Bichat, 75010 Paris, contact@mystoryformation.fr, 06 81 43 16 54, by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). They may use the model form in the annex, but this is not compulsory. It is enough for the communication to be sent before the period ends.

They can also exercise it online, at no cost, using the feature “Withdraw from the contract here”, the link to which also appears in the confirmation email. MYSTORY then sends them, as soon as possible, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, setting out the content of their statement and the date and time it was submitted.

In the event of withdrawal, MYSTORY refunds all payments received without undue delay and at the latest fourteen days from the day it is informed, using the same payment method as for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method, and at no cost to them, less, where applicable, the proportionate amount provided for in Articles 5.2 and 6.5. Where the order was financed by payment in instalments, the refund is made to the lending institution (Article 6.2).

Withdrawal from the training contract within the fourteen-day period of Article 5.1 is made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, by email or online.

Article 8: Conduct of training and attendance

Training courses take place in person, in groups of ten trainees at most, in three-hour sessions. Training takes place in Gagny or in Rosny-sous-Bois, at the MYSTORY branch stated in the contract and on the notice. Exams are taken at the exam centre in Rosny-sous-Bois, 46 bis rue d'Estienne d'Orves (93110). The Sarcelles branch only provides reception, information and registration: it is neither a training venue nor an exam centre.

The beneficiary undertakes to comply with the internal rules, to attend regularly and to sign the attendance sheet for each half-day. Signing the attendance sheet is the basis for proving to the funder that the service was delivered: a half-day not signed for is deemed not attended.

The trainees’ contact is the MYSTORY office: secretariat@mystoryformation.fr, 06 81 43 16 54, Monday to Saturday.

Article 9: Nature of the organisation’s commitment

MYSTORY implements all the teaching, human and material resources needed for the proper delivery of the training. It is therefore bound by an obligation of means, and not an obligation of result.

Passing the exam, obtaining the targeted certification and any subsequent administrative decision, in particular regarding residence permits, resident cards or naturalisation, are exclusively the responsibility of the certifying body and the competent authorities. They cannot be guaranteed by MYSTORY, nor form the basis of a claim for a refund, a free extension or compensation.

No success figure given for information purposes constitutes a contractual commitment.

Article 10: Performance and subcontracting

Training courses are delivered by MYSTORY’s trainers. If a course were exceptionally entrusted to a declared subcontractor, its name would be given to the beneficiary before the contract is signed; MYSTORY would remain solely responsible for performance towards both the beneficiary and the funder.

Article 11: Liability

Towards a consumer customer, MYSTORY’s liability is engaged under the conditions of ordinary law; no clause of these conditions can remove or reduce their right to compensation if MYSTORY fails to meet its obligations (Article R. 212-1, 6°, of the Consumer Code).

Towards a business customer, MYSTORY can only be held liable in the event of proven fault and direct and certain damage, and its liability is limited to the amount excluding tax actually received for the service concerned, except in the case of bodily injury, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Personal belongings brought onto the premises remain in the care of their owner; MYSTORY is liable for loss, theft or damage only in the event of fault on its part.

Professional insurance

MYSTORY holds professional liability insurance with Sogessur, Tour D2, 17 bis place des Reflets, 92919 Paris La Défense Cedex, contract no. 1804202510203378-000. The insurance certificate, which specifies the geographical coverage, is available on request.

Article 12: Monitoring, records and internal rules

For each training course, MYSTORY draws up and keeps the contract or agreement, the attendance sheet, the assessments and the end-of-training certificate, for the applicable legal period. Signing the attendance sheet is personal: the beneficiary signs the sheet themselves for each half-day attended.

The internal rules, drawn up pursuant to Articles L. 6352-3, L. 6352-4 and R. 6352-1 to R. 6352-15 of the Labour Code, are given to each beneficiary before their final registration, displayed on the premises and published on mystoryformation.fr.

Article 13: Complaints and mediation

Any complaint must be sent in writing to contact@mystoryformation.fr or by post to 14 rue Bichat, 75010 Paris. A reply is given within fifteen working days.

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, a customer who is a consumer may use the consumer mediator free of charge, after a prior written complaint to MYSTORY that has not been satisfactorily resolved. Designated mediator: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, www.cm2c.net · litiges@cm2c.net.

Article 14: Accessibility

MYSTORY welcomes people with disabilities. A disability officer assesses the necessary adjustments before the start of training or the exam. Contact: contact@mystoryformation.fr.

Article 15: Intellectual property, recording and image rights

The teaching content, materials, exercises and tests are the exclusive property of MYSTORY. Any reproduction, distribution or use without written permission is prohibited. Materials given to the beneficiary may only be used for strictly personal purposes.

It is prohibited to record, photograph or film training sessions and exams, unless MYSTORY has given prior written permission.

Article 16: Personal data

Data controller: MY STORY (trading as MYSTORY FORMATION), 14 rue Bichat, 75010 Paris, contact@mystoryformation.fr. Purposes and legal bases: management of the order and the contract (performance of the contract); proof of consents and of obligations towards funders, the certifying body and the authorities (legal obligation); improvement of the service (legitimate interest). Recipients: Caisse des dépôts, CCI Paris Île-de-France, funders, payment providers (Mollie, and Lenbox or Klarna if the customer chooses them), hosting and electronic signature providers. Retention periods: training file five years after the end of the training course; accounting records ten years; prospects three years after the last contact. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, to be exercised at contact@mystoryformation.fr; a complaint may be made to the CNIL (cnil.fr). Full details are given in the privacy policy published on mystoryformation.fr.

Article 17: Force majeure

Neither party can be held liable for failure to perform its obligations where this results from a case of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code. Performance is then suspended; if the impediment lasts more than three months, either party may terminate without compensation, the services already delivered remaining payable.

Article 18: Applicable law, language and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by French law. They are written in French; translations are provided for information only and only the French version is authoritative. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution, and the consumer may use the mediation provided for in Article 13. Failing this, the consumer may bring the matter either before one of the courts with territorial jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure, or before the court for the place where they lived at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred (Article R. 631-3 of the Consumer Code).

Article 19: Versions of these terms

Each version is published at a fixed address whose content never changes, and the accepted version is stated in the order confirmation:

Annex: Model withdrawal form

Model withdrawal form set out in the annex to Article R. 221-1 of the Consumer Code, provided pursuant to point 7° of Article L. 221-5.
