Pay for your exam in instalments

Yes. The TEF IRN costs 185 € for a registration made at least 7 working days before the exam: this is above the 100 € threshold. On the payment page, you choose Klarna (3 instalments), when this option is offered to you, or Lenbox (3 or 4 instalments).

From an order of 100 €. A civic exam alone on a weekday (80 € per category) is below this; the TEF IRN + civic exam pack (265 €) and the exam + practice platform packs are above it.

With Lenbox, yes, paid by you: Payment in 3 or 4 instalments with Lenbox: fees apply (about 1.59% in 3 instalments, 2.40% in 4 instalments); the exact amount is shown before you confirm. With Klarna, any service fees are shown by Klarna before you confirm. In both cases, you see each instalment before committing.

Lenbox is only offered for a session more than 14 days away: this is the legal withdrawal period for credit. Below that, payment is by card, or with Klarna when the payment page offers it.

Yes, on each payment. A course paid for by the trainee follows Article L. 6353-6 of the Labour Code: the first morning takes place at the earliest 15 days after you order, and nothing is paid during the 14-day withdrawal period. At the end of that period, before the first morning, you receive by email a secure link for the first payment (no more than 30%), then the balance as the mornings go by. Each payment is made by card, with Klarna in 3 instalments when this option is offered to you, or with Lenbox in 3 or 4 instalments from 100 €, subject to approval (Lenbox fees payable by you, shown before you confirm). The TEF IRN exam is included in the price of the course: it is not paid for separately.

Klarna and Lenbox alone decide whether or not to accept a request. If it is refused, you can pay by card in one go, or call us to choose another date.

By email, within 24 to 48 hours of payment, whatever payment method you choose: the exam notice and the invoice. The exams take place at the approved exam centre in Rosny-sous-Bois.
