Question 1

Who is MYSTORY Formation?

Accepted Answer

MYSTORY Formation is a French as a Foreign Language training centre specialising in TEF IRN preparation, and an approved exam centre for the TEF IRN and the civic exam (CSP, CR and NAT categories). We support candidates for naturalisation, the resident card and the residence permit with their language and administrative procedures.

Question 2

Where are your centres?

Accepted Answer

We have 3 centres in Île-de-France: Gagny (93), Sarcelles (95) and Rosny-sous-Bois (93). Each centre is easy to reach by public transport.

Question 3

What certifications do you hold?

Accepted Answer

MYSTORY Formation is Qualiopi certified, the national label attesting to the quality of training processes. Our training courses are also listed on Mon Compte Formation and are eligible for CPF funding.

Question 4

How do you maximise the chances of success?

Accepted Answer

Our method is based on a placement test, a personalised programme, mock exams under real conditions and individual follow-up of each trainee. Our detailed results indicators are available on request.

Question 5

How can I contact you?

Accepted Answer

You can reach us by phone on 06 81 43 16 54, by WhatsApp on 06 81 43 16 54, by email at contact@mystoryformation.fr, or in person at one of our 3 centres in Île-de-France.

Question 6

Is MYSTORY approved by the State?

Accepted Answer

No, and no training organisation is: what exists is a declaration of activity number. Ours is 11756521775, registered with the Île-de-France prefecture. The law requires us to say it clearly: this registration does not amount to State approval. What we do hold, and what can be checked: Qualiopi certification no. QUA007960, valid from 19 July 2025 to 18 July 2028, and approved centre status from Le français des affaires (CCI Paris Île-de-France) for the TEF IRN and the civic exam: the State approves the CCI, and the CCI approves MYSTORY by agreement. The documents can be downloaded from our Certifications page.

Question 7

Do you publish a pass rate?

Accepted Answer

No, and we refuse to advertise one: a pass rate shown on a sales page cannot be checked, and we guarantee no result. Our results indicators are available on request at contact@mystoryformation.fr. What we can promise, on the other hand, can be checked: a placement test before anything is signed, a number of hours written into your file, and groups of limited size.

Question 8

How many trainees are there per class?

Accepted Answer

Six at most, in three-hour classes, in person on our premises and in groups of the same level. It is a limit we set ourselves: beyond that, spoken expression (the paper where most results are decided) can no longer be worked on individually within the class time.

Question 9

Where are the exams taken?

Accepted Answer

At our exam centre in Rosny-sous-Bois, 46 bis rue d'Estienne d'Orves, 93110, Monday to Saturday, for both the TEF IRN and the civic exam, whichever branch you registered at. Gagny and Sarcelles do not host the exams. The Pantin sessions, for their part, are organised by our partner IFIE Formation, an independent organisation: it is not a MYSTORY site and is covered neither by our Internal rules nor by our Terms of Sale. Your exam notice always shows the exact address: it is the notice that counts on the day.
