Understanding the TEF IRN

What level of French for the resident card?

To obtain the 10-year resident card, you must prove a B1 level in French (independent user) and pass thecivic exam. This level is assessed through the TEF IRN or the TCF IRN, two tests recognised by the French State, and you can prepare for it with our dedicated packages. After B1, B2 level opens the way to naturalisation.
