Quality & continuous improvement
Quality policy
MYSTORY Formation is committed to a demanding quality approach, Qualiopi-certified (No. QUA007960). This policy sets out our commitments, our processes and our follow-up arrangements, aiming for the satisfaction and progress of every trainee.
Last updated: November 2026
Our quality commitments
As a Qualiopi-certified training organisation, MYSTORY Formation complies with the National Quality Framework (RNQ) for the “Training activities” category (L.6313-1 -1°). Our commitments cover:
- Transparency of the information given to the public (programmes, prices, durations, arrangements)
- Individual needs analysis before any start of training (free level test)
- Adapting courses to each trainee’s level and goals
- The qualifications and ongoing monitoring of our trainers
- Regular evaluation of results and satisfaction
Teaching process
Every TEF IRN training course at MYSTORY follows four stages: needs analysis (free level test), building a personalised programme, individual follow-up during the training, then a final assessment. Sessions are limited to 10 trainees maximum per group to ensure quality follow-up, and last 3 hours each.

Complaint handling
Any complaint can be made by email to contact@mystoryformation.fr or by phone on 06 81 43 16 54. An acknowledgement of receipt is sent within 48 working hours. The complaint is investigated and a written reply is given within 15 working days at most. Each complaint is analysed in a quality review and may lead to corrective action.
Preventing violence, harassment and discrimination
In accordance with indicator 12 of the French national quality framework (Qualiopi), as worded by Decree No. 2026-728 of 1 August 2026 (in force since 1 November 2026), MYSTORY Formation prevents and deals with violence, including gender-based and sexual violence, moral or sexual harassment, sexist behaviour and discrimination.
Any such situation, experienced or witnessed during the training or the exam, should be reported to the designated contact, Arudhan NATKUNASINGAM: by email to arudhan@mystoryformation.fr (subject “Signalement”), by phone on 06 81 43 16 54, or in person; a trainer or the office staff receiving a report passes it on to him the same day.
Reports remain confidential: only the people needed to handle them are informed. The person is contacted again within 48 hours; protective measures are taken if needed (change of group or time slot), the facts are examined with the people concerned and may lead to the sanctions set out in the internal rules, without prejudice to a criminal complaint. No measure is taken against anyone for a report made in good faith.
Continuous improvement
An annual quality review is carried out by management based on satisfaction surveys, exam results, complaints and Qualiopi audits. The areas for improvement identified are the subject of a formal action plan that is monitored.
