Accessibility & inclusion

Disability access

At MYSTORY, we are committed to guaranteeing equal opportunities and promoting inclusion in all our training activities. We undertake to support people with disabilities so that they can follow their course in the best possible conditions.

Our commitment

Our whole team has been made aware of how to welcome and support trainees with disabilities. Our approach aims to identify specific needs from the needs analysis onwards and to put in place suitable teaching and organisational solutions.

As an establishment open to the public (ERP), we pay particular attention to making sure our premises meet accessibility standards, especially for people with reduced mobility.

Adaptation & referral

If certain adjustments cannot be made on our premises or within our current offer, we undertake to refer the person to a competent organisation able to meet their specific needs.

Network & specialist resources

We draw on the national network for adapting training. You can also contact these resources directly:

  • Agefiph support and assistance with training for people with disabilities, including the Ressource Handicap Formation (RHF) scheme, which supports the adaptation of courses: agefiph.fr
  • Cap emploi advice and support towards training and employment: capemploi.fr

Our goal

To offer every trainee a caring, inclusive and safe environment that helps them succeed in their training course, whatever their situation.
